1. Sponsorship Level Benefits
a. Silver = $1,500: Booth exhibit placement strategically located for visibility, 1 person to manage exhibit as well as the option to have an item placed within every AACUBO registration packet.
b. Gold = $2,250: Booth exhibit placement with the most visibility and up to 2 persons to manage exhibit; option to have an item placed within every AACUBO registration packet; option to provide an advertisement for display within conference room.
c. Elite = $3,000: All of the benefits of the Gold sponsorship level PLUS a choice of one sponsored event.
Events available for sponsorship are as follows and will be available for selection on a first request basis:

Any attendees above the given number within a sponsorship level will be required to pay a $300 registration fee. Sponsors are responsible for their hotel costs.
2. Exhibit Support and Shipping Information
Wave Audio Visual Productions will handle all trade show material and/or freight for this conference. Packages should be labeled and sent directly to the following address:

3) Exhibitor Setup
Exhibits should be set up between 9:00 am – 11:00 on Monday, June 9, 2025. (Exhibits will be set up inside Grand Point Conference room and be partitioned off from the main conference event. The entrance to all events will occur through and around the exhibits.)
a. Location will be assigned by the AACUBO Board President based on the order that sponsorship is receive and the level of support.
b. Registration for conference attendees is Monday, June 9, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00pm.
c. Sessions are Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, and Wednesday morning.
d. Breaks are provided for opportunities to visit exhibits
Sponsors should send the following information as soon as possible to Michelle Hancock at mgh0006@auburn.edu:
- Formal Company Name for which sponsorship should be listed
- Sponsor point of contact name, email address and phone number
- JPEG file of company logo to be included in advertisement
- Level of sponsorship and the name and date of the preferred event to sponsor
- Indicate if a check will be mailed or if AACUBO needs to invoice the company (AACUBO does not accept credit cards). Checks should be payable to AACUBO and mailed to:
